SETTING UP FOR SUCCESS
From the selection of your location, to the infrastructure setup, we will support you every step of the way. Your training begins with a comprehensive onboarding program that includes in person and e-learning sessions covering both the marketing and operational foundations of running a Global Art center.
Before your grand opening, you’ll also participate in a hands-on training visit at an existing Global Art center, where you’ll gain real-world experience in classroom management, student engagement, and day-to-day operations.
Our trained team will also be there to support your Grand Opening event in person, ensuring that we have a successful recruitment process to launch your new center!
CLIMBING THE CHARTS
We will continue to provide exceptional support in your operations and overcoming all the new learning curves for a new franchisee. You will be given social media support, tips and tricks to avoid common pitfall, and ongoing marketing ideas. We want you to achieve the ideal number of students in the shortest time possible.
